Treatments
For your first visit, you can book a Signature Laser Facial, Resurfacing Facial or Sculpting Facial. Learn more about each treatment here. After your initial appointment, a Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will evaluate your skin’s response, discuss your concerns and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals.
Upon arrival you will meet with a Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist who will review your medical history, prep your skin and perform your first Signature Laser, Resurfacing Facial or Sculpting Facial. The treatment takes just 15 minutes. Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will review your skin concerns, assess your skin's response and prepare a customized treatment and skincare product plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.
We offer Laser Facials, Resurfacing Facials and Sculpting Facials to target specific skin concerns for all skin tones. Learn more about our facials here.
Just like your laundry, we believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals. To maintain healthy, glowing skin we recommend signing up for one of our Laundry Club memberships.
A focused version of our original, hero treatment, this 15-minute session uses the same high-energy, infrared light as our Signature Laser Facial, but zeroes in on specific problem areas such as breakouts, blemishes, sunspots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

For optimum results, Laser Hair Removal is typically scheduled every 4–8 weeks, depending on the treatment area. This timing follows the natural hair growth cycle, since the laser works best during the active growth phase. Multiple sessions ensure more follicles are treated for smoother, longer-lasting results.
Our Enhancements are complementary treatment add-ons designed to be administered immediately after your Facial service while enhancing their effects for faster results.
Fixer is a peptide-based, topical serum that instantly boosts the effects of all of our Skin Laundry treatments. Fixer works to relax the muscles, soften expression lines and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Learn more here.
The peptides in Fixer can calm the skin, providing anti-inflammatory effects. This is particularly beneficial for patients experiencing mild irritation or inflammation from a laser treatment. Our Neck & Chest Enhancement treatments extend the benefits of either our Laser or Resurfacing Facials to the décolleté.
Formulated with a potent blend of arbutin and alpha arbutin, this topical serum gently lightens dark spots, hyperpigmentation and melasma, while also preventing the formation of excess melanin. We offer treatments to anyone aged 13 years and up. For minors, we require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. Student ID + birth certificate or any government issued ID are valid proof of ID for minors.
No, you cannot receive a Skin Laundry treatment while pregnant.
While there is no evidence to suggest our treatments cause harm to pregnant clients or their babies, there is also limited research on the impact of our treatments on fetal development. Therefore, as a precautionary measure, we do not treat pregnant clients at Skin Laundry.
Skin Laundry recommends that pregnant clients consult with their OBGYN prior to receiving any cosmetic treatments. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Downtime is a term that refers to the time needed to recover from a procedure. Our treatments have no downtime but may involve some social downtime. Social downtime does not require making any major changes to your day-to-day activities, however you may prefer to avoid social settings during this time for cosmetic reasons (such as redness or swelling).
In addition to our standard Facial contraindications, clients who meet any of the following exclusionary criteria may not receive a Revitalizer Facial Peel:
· Anyone currently using prescribed retinoids (i.e. Tretinoin, Retin-A, Differn, Tazorac, Avage, Epiduo, Ziana etc.) or has used within the past 7 days.
· Anyone with a nut allergy
· Anyone with a strawberry allergy
Bookings and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 12 hours notice or a $25 fee will be charged. If you are late you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment. You can cancel your appointment by signing into your account here selecting your name and navigating to “Appointments”.
Products unused in their original packaging purchased at any Skin Laundry clinic or our online store (www.skinlaundry.com) may be returned for a full refund of original payment within 30 days with an original receipt. Please note that Skin Laundry gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. We practice a strict no refund policy on facials, bundles and membership dues.

We require a credit card to guarantee your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to cancel more than 12 hours prior to the start of your appointment or are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.
In order to provide a safe environment and an excellent client experience we have a Supervision Policy in place that we kindly ask all of our clients to adhere to. We have implemented this policy in order to maintain a welcoming and comfortable experience for everyone. While we would love to provide supervision for children and/or pets, we cannot guarantee that our clinic team members have the ability to do so. More importantly, we cannot be held responsible for our client’s children and/or pets.
*We cannot allow a child or pet in the treatment room due to eye safety. This policy applies to service animals as well.
Memberships & Loyalty
We offer several different types of Laundry Club memberships, each designed to best help you achieve your skin goals. Learn more here. During your first visit our team of skin experts will create a customized treatment plan and advise on which membership would best suit you.
To cancel your Laundry Club membership, you must visit your Skin Laundry clinic at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of your billing date and fill out the Laundry Club Membership Cancellation Form. To freeze your Laundry Club membership you must provide Skin Laundry at least seven (7) calendar days advance written notice in advance of your billing date. You can find the full terms in your Laundry Club membership contract. Skin Laundry may terminate your Laundry Club membership upon written notice to you for any reason or no reason.

Teen Acne
Each membership includes a customized monthly treatment plan based on your teen’s evolving skincare needs. The program includes Signature Laser Facials, Power Resurfacing Facials, gentle Peels and spot treatments to clear active acne, calm the skin and reduce the appearance of post-inflammatory pigmentation and acne scarring. Teen Acne Memberships can be purchased in-clinic only.
This membership was designed exclusively for teens aged 13 to 20 to treat all the conditions that come with acne—from active breakouts and inflammation to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scarring. Teens receive consistent, medical-grade treatments based on their skin’s unique needs, helping build long-term results while supporting skin health and boosting their confidence.
Yes. Our non-invasive, medication-free treatments are designed to be safe and effective for all teen skin types and tones. Each protocol is dermatologist-designed, backed by clinical data and customized to fit your teen’s specific skin needs—making it a safe, effective option for teens at every stage of their skin journey.
Teens under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Teens aged 16 and up can attend treatments without a guardian, but certain conditions apply. A guardian must accompany the minor to their second visit (after the initial consultation) to review and consent to the specific treatments. Once consent is given and signed in the Terms and Conditions, the minor can attend subsequent appointments independently for those approved treatments. A guardian is required to return every 6 months to re-sign and reconfirm consent.
Every teen in the program is paired with a dedicated Teen Skin Coach. This expert will guide them through each step of their treatment plan, track progress and be available to answer questions or provide support whenever needed. They’ll also keep you— the parent or guardian—updated and involved throughout the process.
