Mild redness or swelling may occur immediately after treatment and typically resolves within 24 hours. Bruising can also occur and may last 3–7 days.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Before your first appointment, you and your Skin Laundry expert will discuss your skin concerns, the treatment, its benefits and your skin goals.
- We’ll take a photo (which will remain private) to help track your skin journey at Skin Laundry.
- After a cleanse, your Skin Laundry expert will begin your treatment.
AFTERCARE
- Remain upright and avoid strenuous exercise for at least 4 hours.
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.
- Avoid heat exposure for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours to minimize the risk of bruising

Treatment FAQ
Neuromodulators like Botox and Xeomin temporarily block the signals from your nerves to the muscles, so the muscles can’t contract—this softens dynamic lines and wrinkles and prevents new ones from forming.
Before your treatment, your provider will assess your individual needs and determine the number of units required to achieve your desired results.
You’ll start noticing a difference in about 3–5 days, with full results visible around 10–14 days after your treatment.
Results usually last 3–4 months, depending on the area treated and your individual metabolism.
This service is only available to clients 18 or older. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, and anyone with certain neuromuscular conditions, should avoid neuromodulators. Our specialists will review your medical history before treatment. For a full list of contraindications, please click here.
